Dopey tanks
The T35 was built in the early 30's to showcase the Soviet's grand technology. However, the tank itself actually sucked: too slow and too unreliable. According to the guide, it was only good for parades on Red Square.
T50 – according to the guide, this tank had some shortfalls but had very good armor and could protect the crew quite well. But, due to its high cost, the Soviet army decided not to build it. It highlights the Soviet’s lack of concern over soldiers’ lives.
The T34 was the main tank produced by the Soviets during WWII. Because it was the most advanced tank in the world in the beginning of the war, the Soviets halted the development of new tanks, believing the Germans would never build something as good. Poor Soviet soldiers… who were later annihilated by the strong German Tigers and Panthers.
Two Italian tanks from WWII. They were too low to ride in the swampy muddy Russian terrain, so they got stuck and were captured.
