I Got Hijacked!

привет, my friend!

Today I experienced an act of violence in Russia. Well, not necessarily me, but my computer did. Something called Internet DNS got hijacked by hackers, so many websites I try to visit get redirected to www.myfamily.com. That kinda sucks.

I called the help desk in the US and they will look into. I wil also check with the IT guys at work on Monday. At least Blogger works fine, so I can post blogs.

By the way, I forgot to posts some pictures from last weekend. I went to Ostankino Palace, which was the summer palace of Count Sheremetev in the 1800s. Sheremetev was one of the richest aristocrats of the time, and I think the Int'l airport is named after him. I trying googling his name, but I got redirected to myfamily.com :-)

Anyway, the palace was just ok. The only interesting piece was a very large theater inside the house, which was built for the Sheremetev troupe of 250 serf actors. Unfortunately, it was too dark in there, so I couldn't take any indoor pictures. Here's a pic from the outside.

Another pic from the other side of the lake:

The cool thing is that I took the trolleybus to get there. Here's a pic of it:
